Subliminals: The Cheat Code to Life?

Subliminal messages are affirmations played at a frequency that is only perceived by the subconscious mind. While you hear silence, rain noises, or mediative music (depending on the video), your subconscious is actually absorbing all of this new information.

The subconscious mind is in control of 95% of your life. It is full of all the beliefs, values, life patterns, and limiting beliefs you have adopted from your childhood and life thus far. So the purpose of a subliminal message is to reprogram your mind into believing better beliefs.

Once you master your mind, you master your life.

This is why a lot of people struggle to manifest their desires or never get them. They don’t realize that their subconscious beliefs set the limitations of what they can manifest. Even if you decide in your conscious mind, “I have everything I desire, I love myself, I am living in my highest timeline, etc etc,” your subconscious mind probably won’t adapt to those beliefs so instantly.

This is where subliminal come into play.

With consistency of the same affirmations, subliminals work to reprogram your subconscious mind into believing the affirmations are true. The subconscious mind is not very logically and says “yes” to everything it repetitively hears. So, the subliminal affirmations become a belief, which reflects into your life.

Another error some people think that there needs to be action take alongside reprograming. But again, your subconscious mind controls 95% of your life, so our behavior is influenced by our beliefs. By adopting a new belief, there is an automatic shift in our behavior and actions.

One of the biggest mistakes people make (which I did as well) is listening to too many subliminal at once and expecting fast results. Having too many subliminal messages won’t work because you are trying to teach your mind a million new things at once. There is only so much your mind can try to learn at once. Your mind needs repetition in order to accept something as true.

The subconscious will try to protect itself from change. The limiting beliefs you have did not take just one day or a week to get solidified into your brain. The same thing goes for trying to let go of those limitations and reprogram your beliefs. It. Could. Take. Some. Time.

Just like using verbally affirming or visualization, keep persisting with subliminal.

My recommendation is to stick to using ONLY 1-3 subliminal messages daily for one month. It takes 21 days to form a new habit (aka a new belief). Now it may take shorter or longer than this to see changes depending on how deeply rooted those negative beliefs are.

IMPORTANT TIPS FOR SUBLIMINALS:

Be careful with what subliminal you are listening to, because it is created a random person you do not know. Always check the comments (if it is from a YouTube video) for results or warnings. Read the list of affirmations being said in the video (if the creator posts them) to see if it is right for you. Go for a subliminal from a popular creator or popular video (I always go for verified creators or over 100,000 views).

Drink lots of water!!!! Subliminals make you thirsty so be sure to stay hydrated and avoid headaches.

Listen for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Again, reception is key!

Try to listen to a subliminal overnight. Not necessary, but it can work better because your subconscious mind is open and more susceptible to learning new information.

Try making your own subliminal. You can record your own affirmations and use editing software to adjust the frequency. (I personally have tried, got very confused, and failed, buuuut it is very possible to do!).

Lastly, just stay safe and keep believing in your dreams!
