Normalization is Key

A big mistake with manifesting is putting your desires on a pedestal. Unless you see yourself up on that pedestal, you are mentally keeping it out of reach. You are treating it like a distant dream instead of the natural next step in your life.

Manifestation becomes so much more powerful when you normalize what you want.

Think about it—when something feels too big, too wild, too “out there,” your subconscious treats it like a fantasy, not a possibility. But when you shift your energy and start saying Of course this is meant for me,” or “it’s normal for me to have… EVERYTHING begins to change.

Your dream home? Normal.
Being a millionaire? Normal.
Magnet to love? Getting good grades or work promotions? Overflowing success? All normal.

Not boring. Not basic. But something that aligns with who you already are and what you’re naturally expanding into. The goal is to teach your mind that your desires are easy to accomplish or receive.

So how do you normalize your desires?

  • Affirm like you talk: speak your affirmations the way you usually talk—making it more normal to you “I literally got…” “it’s crazy how…”
  • Stay consistent: What you repetitively think and put out into the universe becomes your reality.
  • Visualize: not obsessively, but casually, like you’re remembering instead of wishing.
  • Surround yourself with people or environments that reflect what you want: this makes your desires feel familiar, not foreign. Interact with successful people in your life or read about successful icons to you (their energy will reflect into you).
  • Notice your language. Shift from “I hope I can” to “I’m becoming the person who…” “I do have…”
  • Celebrate small moments that match the energy of your desire, even if it’s just a tiny taste.

When your desires stop feeling like a leap and start feeling like a landing, manifestation becomes less about chasing and more about receiving.

Because you’re not asking for too much—you’re asking for what’s meant for you. Whatever you find normal, will find you…
